Some question for Cold War but HWID Perm Ban

I got perm banned 2 years ago on Battle.net, but i changed some PC part;

Graphic Card : MSI RX6700XT Mech 2X 12G OC (Upgraded from : RX5600XT)
Memory : GSKILL 16GB (2x8GB) RipjawsV DDR4 3200MHz CL16 1.35V Dual Kit
M.2 SSD : WD 500GB SN550 NVMe 2400'1750MB/s (OLD)
SSD : SanDisk SSD PLUS 120GB 530'400MB/s (OLD)
SSD : Crucial 480GB BX500 Series 550'500MB/s (OLD)

1)What happen if i buy on Steam? And if I get banned, can I refund it?
2)How do I know which part of is banned?
3)Will I be banned as soon as I buy and enter the game?
4)And do you have any advice?

Just get Warzone 2 downloaded & play legit for awhile. You will probably be SB nearly right away but it should lift after a few days. Play legit for awhile then you can start cheating or do whatever you want as long as you use something undetected & closet cheat
