With PO i have 10 fps loss even though externals have impact on fps but not in my case and same goes for internal like AA i lose around 10fps, try enable high performance on PO menu and see if it helps.

Your graphic settings have major impact too, this game is not optimized and after reloaded patch they made it worse, stop blaming on PO.

Sounds like you're on a potato, unoptimized, or running a bunch of processes you don't know are running. PO minimally impacts my frames - maybe 10-15 tops in its worst moments. If you're running an i3, wouldn't surprise me if you're losing 79 frames

Is everything actually optimized, I don't understand that. Only with PO I lost 70 fps
