Spoofing and new non-cheating account.

I'm looking for a new MW2019 main to play on. I was banned previously so I already have Infinite spoofer and Engine Owning on my bookmarks so I don't need a spoofer. I just an account now, if you have any suggestions for a MW2019 Multiplayer accounts or places with a good deal? To be clear I want a multiplayer account but if I cant find a "cheapish" seller who can I trust for a new phone verified Battle net account that I can keep forever and wont get instantly shadow banned or permabanned.

And one last thing, i know this post is already long but are there any Hard unlock tools? I'm just curious because I have to start over again and i might start researching Unlock tools (Preferably a hard unlocker) for MW2019 and WZ1. and are they safe? I've seen a post about some guy using Artificial Aiming's unlock tool but he was the only recent post I have seen.

As far as playing again on a new account legitimately, you would be better off making your own new account so you know it's not going to randomly get taken back from you.

Assuming you don't use your old banned account anymore, you can remove your phone number from it and use it for your new account.

No one currently offers Hard Unlocks on MW2019 or a Hard Unlock tool, anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is attempting to scam you.

Soft unlockers to my knowledge have been okay recently on MW19, do believe AA has one built into their cheat yes.

As far as risk assessment and you wanting to keep the new account forever, using an unlock tool on it is probably the most unsafe thing you could do.

What about the EO spoofer do you know anything about them? Because i've heard some people have trouble with it reccently.
And from what I've seen on Epvp is that unlockers are mostly safe on mw2019 and warzone 1. people have used them since mw2 released and have not gotten banned, so long as you use an undetected soft unlocker.

Unfortunately can’t speak too much on EO’s spoofer as I’m not familiar with its current status etc, many spoofers have been hit or miss.

Before you go that route are you sure you’re hwid banned?

UA tools/features got hit recently on MW2. WZ1/MW19 almost feels as it's a free for all with minimal punishment at this point. Would tread very carefully in MW2/WZ2 at the moment as the SB system is once again ****** and they do have an interest in enforcing the rules for the time being. If you need a temp spoofer, I'd choose just about anything else. If you're an AA user, use theirs. Cobalt's spoofer works well, GhostAim, as well. Perm spoof i'd look at sync.top if your hardware is compatible

How do you reuse the phone number? Isn't the activision account linked to the phone number?

Normally its on the battlenet account, you can just sign into the old (banned) account in your browser and remove it, if you can't make a ticket on that account and the support can remove it for you.

This is false information at last for bnet idk about steam
I removed my phone number form one of my accounts and tried to link it to another one and it said it couldn’t bc it was linked before to a another account

My account was Permanently banned and i'm pretty sure that also comes with a HWID ban.
