Are warzone 2 shadow bans HWID?

Hey, never been perma banned before I don’t use a spoofer, I got shadow banned on warzone2 last night and was wondering if the shadow ban will carry over to a different account if I use my different Activision acc, same pc. Thanks guys!

Hello you can use other accounts, its working for me two, i have 4 accounts
