RUT is risker than Mobius and PO because RUT is an unlocker and Mobius and PO are not.
Unlockers as a whole are more risky because they (Activision) have easier ways to detect whether or not you've purchased something versus whether you're using walls or an aimbot.
Additionally, by using an unlocker, you are effectively taking money away from them via not purchasing any of their content, thus they are more aggressive at preventing it from happening.
RUT does work, and I recommend anyone that doesn't mind the risk to use Rivera's tool. But as we've seen in the past with MW19 and Warzone, once Activision starts to target unlockers, they do so without mercy, and skip the shadow ban phase and go right to the HWID ban phase.
