MW2 bans show on Steam?

[BlxrrYT]

Hello,

Out of curiosity, does anyone know if MW2/WZ2 bans will show on Steam account?

From the bit I gathered, the Beta bans did so is it safe to assume post-release, the bans showing on Steam will produce a game ban message?

Thanks.

I purchased MW2 on steam after previously being hwid banned on mw2019. I played for 3 hours then received a ban saying I was hacking. I unlinked my activision from my steam then checked my steam and it doesn’t show any bans on my steam. I was banned on siege a year ago and that shows up but nothing else. I am building a new pc soon and I hope I will be able to play mw2 on it with the same steam but if not then oh well.

That’s very interesting considering the Beta bans were applied as a game ban and got marked on accounts.

What did it say on the accounts - or does say - VAC ban? No right?

Not a VAC ban. People were saying it counts as a game ban on the Steam profile.

What you get banned by? Unlocker tool or cheat?
