Shadowban on Vanguard

I was banned on Mw2019 and Cold war and when I bought vanguard I was instantly shadow banned. I bought another account and ran a spoofer to play

This time I don't want to buy a spoofer, I have been told that if I get instantly shadow banned I just have to wait 14 days for it to expire and then I can play regularly. Is this true?

Buddy its MW2 time. Uninstall Vangaurd its dead noone cares about it anymore.

There whole stuff is broken. I used to play MW19 in 2020 and got banned over 2 years ago (I didn't play COD for 2 years) and to this day I still get a shadow ban even on mw2! it's better to just play on console.
