PO spoofer is compatible with any cheats and even other spoofers. You can use it with EO spoofer if you want to.

I think the best combo if someone was going to do a combo would be PO spoofer & GA spoofer.

But on the other end I think you should understand that some people just like to rage and don't care. For users like GA & PO's users, EO is off the table, but a lot of people just want to make a new account, rage cheat, banned, spoof, make a new account rage cheat, repeat. I think that's probably @carrito21's preference so I'm sure he doesn't mind. He probably also has a different spoofer to use when EO is down.
