Ban rate depends on your gameplay if you play obvious or not. You can survive long time with an rage provider and the other way around if your gameplay doesnt matches.

Nope, you will have to use a 3rd party to remap such as ReWASD…

with that being said a controller support with AntiMicro or even better is on the make.

No native controller support, but there's a tutorial on their forums on how to get it to work with 3rd party tools.
