Well, the problem is that I don't use it, nor have I ever used it. My account was stolen and after a week I was like this, I haven't been able to play since then.

HWID flags expire >14 days. You have to change Motherboard, RAM and Drives. Use search function and you will find this:
Hmm if u changed mobo and IP , clear cookies etc ,HWID ban should lift , unless u tried log-in with a banned account ... in that case they got u again..., msg me if u want i try to help u
