Nfkcheats.xyz safe?

Looking for a unlocked tool and I’ve run into nfkcheats. It’s a lifetime warranty for the unlocked for like $40. I was wondering if it was legit and if I will get banned for using it? And if there’s like an update for modern warfare or something, what will happen to the program I bought? Will I have to pay again or will it update by itself.

IIRC nfk sells crooked, which cracks unlockers and resells them, pretending to be their own.

Is this crooked Arm’s legit ? They seems cheap and never got a detection.
