What is the solution?

So i have been perm banned on my main on pc. İ got an account never logged in on my pc. So i tried to login with that account on ps4 and when i tried i get the 350 ping search(shadowban) how is that possible when i never downloaded / played on ps4 before.

WHAT WILL HELP TO FIX MY PROBLEM?

Asia and near east get IP banned. Not sure if Turkey is included in that or not because I've yet to specifically test there, but it's a strong possibility... especially if you never used your banned account on a PS4 nor the new account on PC.

What should be the fix? Uninstall everything warzone cw then reset ip and then hwid spoof then download?

For console? You can't spoof on PS4.

try to spoof + vpn (if you can i know VPN's are banned in a lot of areas in that part) and see if that works.
if it does, then turkey is also included in IP bans.

if no vpn then try a game booster like UU. Works well in China
