Cold War Shadow Ban

I've been perma banned on mw before but my new account on cold war constantly gets shadow banned , it'll be fine for like 10 games then get shadow banned and ill have to wait another week to be un shadow banned and i just get shadow banned after a couple games like I said , it there a fix for this ?

I did in mw but not on this game , just constantly getting shadow banned ...

10 games it a bit too long to be related to a previous ban.
Are you using a VPN or any other third party app?

No ... it varies though sometimes it’s like 5-6 games then sometimes after 1 game I’m shadow banned straight away again
