Hi, I got permabanned on my acc cuz I used eo, after I got ban I created new acc which got insta shadowbanned and after 10 days it got normal ping so I'm not hwid banned?

Shadow bans usually get lifted after 7-14 days. You should be fine now. For the next time dont use EO.

I also got normal ping after 10 days, so I stopped using spoofer because it gave me problems with blue screens, after 2 games I was shadowbanned again, so idk
