Have you checked your email/spam?
Double check making sure you inputted the correct email.

Yes I checked everything. The email is correct since I got a confirmation email saying the payment was received

HWID bans don’t stop after 14 days. Shadow bans do.

My Problem with Infinite is that it crashs In game every 1-3 rounds in warzone. After the detection of EO every new account gets directly shadowbanned and thats why i buyed a subscription for infinite spoofer and x22. Both work Great, no shadowban and i can Play. I tried it only with spoofer and without x22 , but it crashs again and again. It crashs back to desktop without error Message. Sometimes in the first Game round, sometimes 2-3. i had Windows 20h2 and downgraded it to 2004 but it crashed and then to 1909 but again -> crash with spoofer. Today i tested without spoofer and without x22 and yes shadowban After Training. But i can Play plunder with 350ms ping and it finds a Lobby only after a few seconds of searching. Played 5 hours without crash, That means for me it must be the spoofer. But i dont know how to fix it.

Try updating Windows and making sure there are no outstanding updates.

I purchased infinite yesterday and the dev even could not get it to work (or i was told it was a dev). I was told that the infinite spoofer would not work on my 20h2.

Egor is the developer.
If it wasn't him, it was one of the volunteer supports which aren't too bright.
It does work on 20H2. That is the recommended windows version, although all work.

Make sure you have no outstanding updates, nor a second monitor when you first launch. You could try downgrading just to test, or reinstall windows entirely in case another spoofer has ****** your registries up.

does infinite have a discord? do you have to create a VK account to get access to the details of the spoofer from their site at all ?

actually know what its pointless...trying to activate trial and it says my processor is not supported under the apex tab which is infuriating. They should at least put what specifications are needed first its so awkward to navigate that website anyway
