MW2019 permanent ban (I need HELP)

Yesterday I was given a permanent ban. All new accounts end up in a shadow bath. after using a spoofer and VPN, I managed to play 1 rink, but after it I was again given a shadow ban (endless search> 350ms)
I have a question about what device is banned? how to get around this?
what needs to be changed to keep my computer clean for anti-cheat?

After a permanent ban, all new accounts will be shadowbanned for 7-14 days.
Once 7-14 days expires, you'll be able to play in regular lobbies once again.

You can bypass this by using a spoofer and making a new account. Otherwise, wait 7-14 days.
