Understanding HWID ban/ shadow bans

yh my main can only play rebirth right now everything else slowly climbs to 311 ping not 350 which is strange, but my rage acc can play all modes. chair used EO - rage acc was shadowbanned same time as my main aswell

After I couldn't find any more games with my main account on saturday, I logged in with the cheat account and saw that it was banned.
This morning it also took a long time for rebirth and I only found a 120ms lobby. Maybe really shadowban lobbies and there are fewer players online in the morning?!

Really strange.

I'm going to make a new account later today and get it shadowed intentionally to see if I can replicate the rebirth glitch and go from there.

I also cannot get into BR mode, but only rebirth. Sometimes rebirth full of cheaters, sometimes not. Don't get it.

Same for me. Apparently it's a shadow ban for me because of the old cheat account.
Do you think it makes sense to replace the mainboard+ssd and reinstall it with a fresh windows key? Just want to prevent the main account from being permanently banned after the shadowban.

But unfortunately no one can really answer that because it's not all that clear I think. So I will try it and hope.

Sometimes replacing them will work, sometimes only one is needed, sometimes it's more than those two.

I've gotten 3 accounts shadow banned today but none of them are able to get in rebirth like you're able to.

Planning on trying try a couple more just to see if it has something to do with rebirth or something else, such as location.

I can't get into Rebirth today (I could yesterday). Going to assume that this was a bug on the matchmaking yesterday, which they have now patched.

What do you think is the best way to proceed when my main account is shadowbanned because of an old cheat account. Hardware seems to be flagged:

1. Wait and see what happens with the shadowban main account without changing hardware etc.
2. Change hardware and hope that I can prevent a permanent ban with this change. It would be bad if the new hardware will be also flagged...
3. Change hardware and create a new account. Forgot old account. That would be painful ^^

That makes sense, because I tried on several fresh accounts to replicate your issue and I couldn't get it to work, lol.

Depends, do you want to cheat again or are you planning on playing legitimate from here-on-out?

I've been playing legit for a year now and will continue to do so. the maximum i use is a no recoil script for logitech ghub.

I just installed another motherboard + SSD, installed windows freshly and created a new warzone account.
I don't think I should try anything else on the PC with my shadowban account...

Does it make sense to test with my laptop after 1-2 weeks whether the main account is free again and then possibly use it on the newly installed PC?

Personally, I would just throw the main account away. Once you've been shadowed, all kinds of fuckery happens afterwards and I don't think it's worth it.

So basically after an account has been shadowed one time you shouldn't use anything on said account if you don't want it perma'd correct?

Same thing happened with me and these strange lobbies.

But it was the day I tried out Interwebz, after like 4 to 5 matches, I started getting weird ping lobbies full of rage hackers. Could never get into plunder, would sit at around 248 ping.

Just tried it again last night, seemed like I found some normal matches, but typically the ping would be at or above the 150 range.

I thought it was just me lol.

Ok so it seems the 150 ping lobbies are no longer an issue with me. This has been after like 3 to 4 days of toning it down with my KD.

Before this was happening I was getting anywhere between like 3 to 9 kills a game. Except I was never dying. So my KD ratio was out of whack.

But after I spent a few days of purposely getting myself killed while getting anywhere between 3 to 9 kills a game. It dropped me back down into normal lobbies.

I personally don't use any account after it has been shadowed, I just forget they exist and remove them from my list of accounts.

Too many instances of it causing secondary waves of shadow bans for no reason on other accounts, among other matchmaking issues, so for me, it's not worth the risk.

I've been battling shadowbans and permanent bans for a little over a month now and I finally got my pc un-flagged. What worked for me (this might not work for others), was a combination of a certain HWID spoofer and re-installing windows.

I started by un-installing any anti-cheat software and any game that I wanted to get unbanned from. This is crucial because anticheats can detect spoofed hardware if they remain on your PC during the spoof.

I would like to preface this next step by saying that I am in no way, shape, or form affiliated or sponsored by Cynical Software. Their products happened to meet my system requirements and they are of good quality.

Next, I un-installed windows and before I purchased a new key, I spoofed the HIWD (using Cynical Spoofer + Cleaner)(cynicalsoftware.net), as serials and other identifiers will be reset to factory default when the drive containing windows is wiped. The cleaner was not needed because this was a fresh windows install. You can purchase a windows activation key for around $15 USD at cjs-cdkeys.com. I can confirm that the keys work and they are legit.

It is VERY VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SPOOF BEFORE ACTIVATING WINDOWS AGAIN. This way, the key will be bound to the hardware profiles that the spoofer sets instead of your system defaults.

After that, change your mac manually and dump/refresh your IP if you haven't already. This can be achieved by searching "what is my ip," copying the IP address, and pasting it into your search bar. You will be met with your router's homepage, and from there you can change your IP. VPNs are not needed, and anybody who tells you so is either sponsored or somebody who cheats enough to not bother going through the complicated process of unbanning their PC.

Install battle.net and any other games that you were banned on previously, make new game accounts, and voila! PC unbanned!

NOTE: This method is best for players who either no longer cheat or want to get unbanned from a load of games without purchasing spoofers for each one. If you rage cheat, then buying a dedicated rig to trash and test with would be the best option.

I used an unlock service for Warzone and cheated in Fortnite, and I'm now unbanned from both. I no longer use cheats. If you want a more detailed process or guidance, you can reach me on discord: rinvc#2415
