yes you can get banne i tryed this when you are rage agianst bots you will get banned i try HVH with a friend both banned

Yes you can also get banned, if you play only private games. The question is why should someone hack in private games?

1st your cheat is detected
or
2nd many people report you

Otherwise you're safe.
