Because that is internal. You'd just grab the mesh and change the colour. With hooking, you can also change values directly. Externally, you're mostly limited to modifying values that already exist. View angles, for instance, are internal, but they work because they're just stored as numbers. You can also change values stored as bools, ints, floats, etc, if that makes sense. So when you hear hybrid its just a external using r/w, Doesn't mean its half internal and half external. I used to think that was the case back when i 1st started, lowkey but
I'm not a great developer, so maybe it's just me, but I don't see how someone could make that accurate without running into performance issues. Rendering in such massive blocks would be pretty ******* aids. Maybe in 50 years when the RTX 9060 comes out it'll be a different story though

All of the major DMA cheats have real chams or glow outline, depends what you want. They can achieve it easier with raycasting though, internals can do the same or even do D3D chams but as for externals they only have limited resources and memory to work with, its not really possible to do it easy for big game modes such as Warzone.
