I've never tested. I always do a new rental from smspva anytime I make a new account

I usually rent for 3 months which is excessive but I like to be sure I can get follow up codes. I've never been asked for a follow up after that time window

I know BNET gives an error if your phone is linked to another account & you try to add it to a new one so I'd assume if you unlink it, it will work just fine. In theory you could be flagged for that but in reality I have no idea if they do

I currently accept credit/debit/prepaid card through a secure processor. No card data is stored on or touches my server. It's tokenized and validated by them

If that doesn't work I have self hosted automated BTC payments and will add ETH and LTC soon as well
