Virus or not Pls Help

Hey Leute habe mir vor kurzen ein neuen Cabal p server gezogen und mein antivir meine das ihn der TDP.dll ein virus vorhanden is wollte nun fragen obs ein echter virus ist oder wie z.b. beim Xtrap Bypasser von Hellspider es durch das coden kommt

hey guys my friends and i loaded the cabal p server and now i want to know if there is a real virus in the TDP.dll because my antivir said that or is it just a problem with my antivir like the xtrapbypasser from hellspider while coding
