No right to access the folder "root" n CentOS

As the title says I have no access to the folder "root" and the owner was not there to implement change

so what are you trying to say??....you installed centos in Vmware and you can accest root folder in it?...

then get chumpy server repacked 2.5 and has already centos files instaled on it....all you need to do after running it its to change the rates and set ip's/usernames from mssql and your done...you can acces the file by typing /home/cabal/cabal_config.sh

Did I get logged in as root.
Only I get the connection out not with "winscp"
