cabal ph outside ph!!
Guys help me how to play cabal ph outside Philippines, iam here in Taiwan, before the only way for me to play cabal ph is to open hotspot shield by selecting randomly the ip of usa, California or united kingdom but it dosent work now, so I cannot play now.
