[REQUEST] Cabal Online Setup and guide

Can i request .. Full working setup forCabal private Server i Already complete my Files for making server but i dont know Where to Start set up-server

here Are the following files I have
Im Using Vista OS Software

1.Centos
2.Vmware
3.Sql2000 Eval
4.Sql 2000 Sp4
5.Cabal Dbase
6. Also Cabal client (CABAL PH)

Can you give me guide how to set up this guys .. with picture?
Is there someone who knows?.. pls reply My post.. sorry for Asking like this
