Low Dungeons with High Chars oO

Hey out there...
im asking myself how i could go into low dungeons with high chars..

so .. maybe go low ruinastation with an lvl 180 char ^^
would be great .. if i try to lvldown my char and enter i got an error ..
hmmm
why it could couse this error ?
anybody have a idea?

I don't think its possible, the only low lvl dungs u can enter after lowering ur lvl are low lvl chaos arenas.
