[Question] help me please! how to edit hash?

hello everybody, i wanna edit my hash ( cabal.enc, dl.enc, etc...)
it's very usefull to edit skill buff cooldown (because CE/MHS no cooldown not works for skill buff )

please, tell me in a little guide how to edit the hash!

Download the encryption/decryption tool of HellSpider (use search function of this forum), then you can edit the .enc files. But you can't use them on an official forum if they are edited. Only on a bypass which does not have the .enc-check and even then if you change stuff like the cooldown time of skills, it won't actualy change it. Only visual. As far as I know.
