everything skill related in media.pk2 is in directory..

so just pretty much look at the strings, row and columns it gives you, you should figure it out, normally per line it will have a directory reference further along to the skill animation it loads, you can swap these round.
Data.pk2 contains skill related stuff too, which the .txt define their directories here, but do not worry about this pk2 too much.
