DH how do this Faster?

I have small problem maybe 2:

When im using non delay hack on bm2 warrior all is ok but i seen when ppl do this much faster how to do this guys? I mean im doing this good and fast like on much movies but i say how ppl doing this much faster then me, im usin Macro Mouse A4 Tech X7 and i use macro spam buttons 8-9 with 0ms delay

"9898989898989898989898989" at this buttons i have 2 time normal attack.


Second question is SP problem when im using sp regen it is ok but maybe exist someting more like dunno using TG SP gears on dungeons or normal maps.
