You mean that they told you that you could start 2 clients WITH Cheat Engine? Whoever told you, CE is a memory editor, not a dual client software lol

lols.. u can dual client by using bypass same with using ce u shud have bypass.. theres a lot of way in dual clienting im not sure if they gonna allow me to share it here but u can pm me for that..
