Dupe hack exists?

Hello I was wondering me if that kind of hacks still nowdays on cabal Eu (by the past it was possible ) Now Im looking a guy selling eof8x4 on se same shop with mith boots 7 amp plus 11 X2. Maybe that guy is using dupe hack , maybe not , I just wanna now if that exist this days.

From what I know and heard,there isn't a working dupe hack,but I may be wrong...
