What are you talking about? ce always had 32bit versions, they started releasing 64bit versions not long after 64bit applications/systems became relativity common. Really the only reason one needs 64bit o/s is for more then 4gb of ram, atleast thats the only reason I got it. Eventually, if there is room for improvement in the way applications function and such I imagine you would see more and more applications having 64bit versions, but atm i think its relatively obsolete given 32bit versions run just fine with 64bit windows.
You can dl any version of ce w/ 32bit version, its just that version is "detected" by gg.

You don't have to bypass because it is undetected, that being said anything you do with the 64bit ce can result in flags on your account, or automated ban for disconnection errors ect...
I wouldn't recommend it on a main account, or un-proxied IP if your talking NA cabal, they will search all your accounts via IP and ban the main. Lol.
