Error with launcher.. need help

just start launcher gives error and launcher looks like this
yes i have Language pack's installed all from win CD
and yes i have full update chainese client

Tried opening it when nothing else is turned on ?

Might wanna try reinstalling client or graphic card drivers also...

already made that didint helped trying now instal Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

my client was working till windows reinstal

have u installed net framework?
if not install it
