finding a special server

i wan to find a private server that has the following:

no x-trap
honor rank 0 or lower then rank 6class rank 10+ or higher also can
bypass story quest
have reborn

anyone have this server? because i cant find a server with above option

but that section mostly i cant find the option that i want, all i saw is honor start witf rank 10
