No Cooldown Address CABAL ID 16/07/2012

As sir Kaikosen released the no cooldown address for the EU version, i've been tryin' to make it work in CABAL ID.
l ain't as smart as him but i figured a way around to find it thanks to him.

So here i found the No Cooldown Address for the ID version.

Address No CD : 00876A54 (Array of Bytes (4)).

NOP it (replace with code that does nothin') or change its value to 90 90 90 90.
