I renamed fixedmain.exe into cabalmain.exe, Win7x86, I download the latest! But still don't work..."CABAL not found"..

opp
Cabal PH here...
i manage to open the program but its not working
no AOE Range, Easy Combo, no CD Effect at all but the check mark on the trainer are all in green check...
do i need CE to make this program work???
