My AutoHp/MP-Feature works great. 
Maybe you chose wrong settings? Could you guys take some screenshots?

Hmmmmmm, that's very strange, i have exactely the same settings.
I don't know why, but some PCs seem to have problems with this bot. A friend of mine also has the problem with auto potions
