I won't do video tutorials, these guides are more than detailed enough for everyone to find it on their own. And that is the episode 8 method, I think you are from PH, which is I believe still at episode 7, so take a look at the episode 7 method.

i follow all ur instruction step by btep ...
but i really dont know until now cannot find the address for skill no delay & SP

i play cabal 3rd awakening version.. is there any suggestion for me how to make it easy ?

Normaly you should find it with just 1 scan if you search for the value I wrote in the 1st step, I'll double check it as soon as I log in again.
Edit: so I just tried it, even when you don't specify a range, if you dance and search for 3128464 you only get 1 address, in episode 8 it's easier to find than in episode 7

for specify a range i tried both Range
0000 0000 - 2000 0000
Range EU ep8: 0600 0000 - 0700 0000

but when i search for 3128464 ... no address found
really i am confused where the fault

*problem has been solved , cz i did some research from other thread
and found the base address*

Try this:
1. Dont change range (let it be as default).
2. Make ur character stay.
3. Use Dash to somewhere (one time) and dont move.
4. In C.E scan for value: 1629697.

+1. I tried on EU ... it doesn't work. When i post 3128464 address and search while i dance, no address found.

make sure to dance before you search, I've just re-searched it for you, it still works on EU, 100% sure.
