Installation Error

Hey,
ich habe vor 1 Monat mein Windows 7 neuinstalliert und seit dem kann ich kein C9 installieren.
Es kommt immer dieser Fehler hier:


Ich habe schon mein Grafikkarten Treiber geupdatet u.A Amd Catalyst Software und .Net Framework 4.5 installiert, als Administrator starten habe ich auch schon versucht.

Technische Details zum PC:
CPU: AMD FX 8150 BE
GRAFIK: Saphire HD 7970 OC
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 Corsair Vengance
FESTPLATTE FREI: 250 GB

Höchstwarscheinlich ist der Download beschädigt.
Neu Downloaden. Am bessten von einem anderen Client.

U can just download that file from the internet if u search it on google or something


Du kann einfach herunterladen diese Datei aus dem Internet, wenn u Suche auf google oder etwas

Any help would be appreciated, I've tried everything I could think of so I've turned to the members of this board for help. The error I get is after I click the install when asking for an installation path (Picture is attached). I've tried downloading the files multiple times thinking they might be corrupt but that doesn't seem to be the reason. I'm running Windows XP Pro SP3 Thanks
