[HELP] Creating a Radar in Rad Studio (C++)

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem, bei dem ich mal Hilfe benötige.
Im Moment arbeite ich daran einen simplen Radar in C++ Builder(XE6) darzustellen.
Als Radar verwende ich eine TShape und setzte den Style einmal zu "stCircle" und einmal lasse ich ihn ganz normal(Viereck).
Jetzt will ich, dass ich die Größe mit eine TTrackBar verändern kann.
Das habe ich im Moment so gemacht:

Shape2->Height = TrackBar1->Position; // Shape2 ist eine TShape für den Radar
Shape2->Width = TrackBar1->Position; 


Alles funktioniert super, aber das Problem ist das sich die Höhe(Top) immer nach unten vergrößert und die Breite(Left) immer nach Links.
Ich will es so haben, dass es sich gleichmäßig vergrößert.
Zu diesem Problem habe ich mal ein Video erstellt:

To resize the Radar I simply use a TTrackBar and this is how I change the size:

Everything works fine but the only problem is that I want to resize the radar equally (from the middle point of the radar).
