DLL doesn't work on 32bit

Hello guys.
I've got a DLL, compiled with Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate.
I'm running Windows 7 64bit. It works fine for me.
But it doesnt work for all the Users using 32bit.

If someone has got the same problem, please show me how to solve it
And please tell me, what information you need to handle this..
