hey, is different IP for each account neccessary to avoid getting banned?

It depends , on many factors... having smurf accounts (=multi's) to clear oasis during begginer's protection will lead you to a ban if someones reportes you to the MH, no matter how many proxy you use. And I know this because I tried it myself. ~2 years ago it was much easier to get away with this kind of multi's.

If that's not your case and you wanna use smurfs differently, again, it depends on what you wanna do. Generally speaking, you would want to log in on each account from a different device. Possibly delaying each other's log-ins , having different names and different passwords, not using similar email addressess and not placing buildings in the same way.

all the accounts have similar is that they are registered on their referal link and they build buildings in random spots but also they are on the same device
