I'm actually programming my own Howrse bot and i'm working really hard on it.
This one will be able to work for you in few weeks. It is programming in C++ using Qt.
I'm actually searching for beta testers / resellers.

As i'm searching resellers, it's easily understable that it will be paid.
But there will be a free version too.
Qt is a really good framework who has everything I need. Qt Network, GUI, db...

What is the full list of features you're looking to implement?

On a side note, you were right - there's three of us all developing similar bots (albeit in different languages)

What will be the difference in features between the free and paid version?

Also, spamming messages and forums is harder than you think, because they set limits.

Free to feed horses maybe.

Equestrians center havn't limites.
And 10 seconds for messages and public forum. It's not just hard, it's impossible to be faster... maybe if logout/reconnect ? I never tested.
