I found the problem. Both of you have problems with the Microsoft.mshtml assembly (dll file).
This is because winxp and vista use a different version of this dll then Win7.
Could you both verify that you are NOT using win7?
I can also try to add another dll file if you believe this could help (the one from Win7). But I don't know if this will work or just cause more problems.

But while working on this I also noticed a difference between IE8 and IE9. I hope I can find a solution for this otherwise I'm afraid the captcha solver will only work on Vista/Win7/Win8
Nope, exchanging the .dll file just causes the bot to crash instantly after starting it. It won't even start correctly.

Please let me know when you know for sure that the captach solver will definetly not work with WinXP. I will then have to look for a Win Vista copy
Just for information: With v 2.3.0.5 the bot does not crash anymore when there is a captcha, but it still does not solve the captcha (you propably already know this, I assume)
I cannot undestand what happend with but my militia do not work I receive attack during the night and I have just one city, where I set 1 for the militia and the report show me no militia in the city after the attack arrives, then I changed and I set 2 for militia but nothing canged the militia do not goes on when attack arrives.
what I can do to solve it ? IE9 is charged the system is vista 32 sp2 end IE version 9
