I forgot to create it as a standalone executable.
Install this to get it to work:

in das teil geht leider nicht habe mir die MSVCP100.dll geladen und drotzdem geht es nicht

Beide sachen insatlliert.Reactivator mit admin geöffnet-> nix passiert/Homepage geht net.

habe auch alles installiert aber bekomme immer noch den fehler wegen der Dll datei
