Does any one know how

shop9d.com and 9dshop.com

Get all of their items??? I know they use a gm tool but i have bought items from both and got +11 Bracers from 9dshop.com and some other stuff from shop9d.com but i got information that they use gm tools but i didnt think they existed

They use Quest Repeater
It's not difficult to make if you have knowledge of packets. (same for dupes)
All it does is send the "quest finished" packet over and over really fast.
Any decent hacker could make one, unfortunately I have very little knowledge of packets.
