i own a VIP10 account (max) on EU s98 (u reach VIP 10 after buying gold for 5,000$). Played it for 8 months, spent about 9,500$ total. I liked to collect all the rare partners so I got all the ***-Tier partners (see list below), full Sets of ultimate equipment (3x lvl 120, 1x lvl 110, 2x lvl 100 but more important are the Partners and spirit-stones!). Cross-Server Rank 3 (so yea, just 2 guys stronger), lvl 129 Main.
Total Battle Power of pvp formation: ~3.2 millions!

Bankai Rukia - bought for 1,500$ - currently 1,000$ (newest ***-Tier partner)
Mugetsu - bought for 1,500$ - currently 875$
True-Shikai Ichigo - bought for 1,500$ - currently 750$
Demon Ichigo - bought for 1,000$ - currently 750$
White Ichigo - bought for 1,000$ - currently 625$
Shinso Gin - bought for 750$ - currently 500$
Yamamoto Genryusai - bought for 500$ - currently 300$
Isshin Kurosaki - bought for 250$ - still 250$
Shura Kenpachi - bought from cross-server-shop for 4000 stones

Sexy Yoruichi (gives mana to whole team, has 300% growth (atk skill)) - bought for 150$
These are 12 of the 38 partners i own. There are just like 3 event partners that i dont own (yet) simply because they dont add anything to my current setup and believe it or not i wanted to save some money
