never heard of psc but i've heard of skrill i think, isnt the full name skrill moneybookers? or something? either way i'll just setup an account with skrill i guess, but before i pay i just wanna make sure the account is the way u said it was

yes skrill is same as moneybookers and yes you can see account via skype screen share no problem
and just to be clear i only trade with trusted midleman
