if u will use your server in local i mean with ur friends and family so just use appserv or xxamp for webhost on using plesk (cuz plesk is more Difficult but more secur)
,, and don't forget about setup iis in your windows for billing asp script .

i was running my ow server lv 90 cap that a friend set up for me but nothing worked in the item mall so i deleted

once i get it running i will buy a new computer more powerfull running on 64 bit

i just plan to have no more than 200 players just friends and family like i say

it's better to upgrade your systemto 64x so your ram will appear for u 8GB 9cuz there isn't a ram or 2 rams = 5GB ..
but anyway u can work on 32bit

well well it's need just small skills in how to manage sql server only
so just read well and u will do every thing with out stop in any step ,,
for learning some about sql , just after download it (sql server 2005 and sql server managment studio) view google and search how to use sql server 2005 if it seems to u too hard ,
and if u don't find good guide about sql server just tell me and i will make a small easy one for u
