Halloween
Hello everyone, get your masks ready, carve your pumpkins and get ready for some midnight mayhem! Yes! Halloween is nearing, everyone is getting ready, and so are your favorite games. Every year, game publishers work on at least a few great ideas for the holidays, to astound us with some nice artwork, and some “scary” decorative ideas, and of course some nice events that everyone likes.
This topic is really easy to cover, but I’ll do it anyway, here you see the coolest Halloween events for this year. (List may be updated with new events for games, until the day of “Halloween”)
Dekaron
"Hunt or Treat"
Players can get random candy buffs from monster drops.
"Collect the Halloween coins"
Players get monster drop coins with letters (that spell H-A-L-L-O-W-E-E-N), the players who collect the most words get prizes.
"Halloween Exp Party"
The server that has the most halloween coins will have a 3x event, and the one that does not, a 2x event.
"Halloween Limited edition"
The game's cash shop will have items that are only buyable during the event period.
A.V.A (Alliance of Valiant Arms)
"A.V.A's haunted halloween"
The Rules are simple.
Get at least 1 Headshot: Receive Pumpkin Helmet (1 day)!
Get at least 1 Grenade Kill: Receive Pumpkin Grenade!
World of Warcraft:
“Pumpkin carving competition.”
Conquer Online 2:
“Pumpkin smash”
Players can exchange their in-game time, for a chance to play a pumpkin-smashing mini-game. The lucky player will get some great in-game prize’s.
Silkroad Online:
“Avatar Design Contest”
Not sure if it’s a Halloween contest or not, but players can show off their creativity by designing their own avatars. (It’s like a “fan-art” event)
Metin2
“Costume Contest”
Players post THEIR (not in game, but real life) Halloween costumes, for a chance to win some great prizes.
Flyff (Fly For Fun)
“Halloween Costume Contest”
The same as “Silkroad” players will have to post their Halloween costumes!
RF Online
Well, RF Online has a big thing going on this year.
1)”The Dawn Of Halloween And “The Chooty Twins”
Players must eliminate “The Chooty Twins” that appear near ever Airport (for all races) three times a day. The player that eliminates them, gets masks, candy, and stuff like that.
2)”Trick or treat”
GM’s will make announcements where players can go to get some candy! After the announcement, the first 50 players will get free candy!
3)”Kill the Pitboss with the GM’s on Halloween!”
Pitboss’es will appear at all the HQ’s of all races, players who eliminate them get rare prizes.
EO (Eudemons online)
“Halloween party”
Eudemons is going to make this Halloween fun, and busy with four quests. (Not much info on this)
Lineage 2
“Trick or Treat”
Players that are find Elpy monsters (during the event) then shout out “Trick or Treat” through their chat (within 20 sec). The lucky player gets teleported to a GM room. There a “Stash-keeper” will wait for him to clear out some room in his inventory. As soon as he is good-to-go, the GM will transform him into a werewolf creature, and let him out to an event monster filled room, where he will have to hunt them for some great loot. But there is a catch, the player has only 2 minutes to do that.
“Halloween Jack O'Lantern Gift”
Every player gets a 7 day “pumpkin mask”.
Perfect World
“The True Halloween Mount”
Players will we able to mount an event only mount. A rare mount will be available from October 6th at 1:00AM Server Time until November 3rd at 1:00AM Server Time!
Well elitepvpers, this is a list of MMO events that will happen through-out the time of Halloween.
