I'm assuming you don't in that case there are forums like guidedhacking and ************* where you can start learning the basics.

If you want a "quick" way there isn't any, but learning how to code and reserve in general will pay out.

doaction is patched, I was thinking if someone knows a way to do the no cooldown through memory manipulation.

Yeah so they just added server side validation to prevent spamming actions which are not allowed in ur current state
